The Green Machine

1/2 cup spinach 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/3 cup mixed berries 1 scoop of whey protein 1 tbsp ground flax seed 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp all natural almond butter (or nut butter of your choice) 1 handful of ice

The Mocha Monster

1 frozen banana 1/4 cup coffee (organic) *its the best 1 tbsp all Organic Raw Cacao Powder

1 tbsp all natural almond or peanut butter

Pumpkin Pie

1/3 canned Organic Pumpkin 1 scoop vanilla whey protein 1 frozen banana 2 drops doTERRA cinnamon 1/2 tsp Organic vanilla extract 3 packets of Organic Stevia 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 handful of ice

Banana Boat

1 Frozen Banana

1/4 cup raw oats

1 scoop whey protein powder

2 drops doTERRA Cinnamon oil

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Organic Vanilla extract

1 tsp all natural almond butter (any nut butter)

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
